So, we appropriately re-branded ourselves as “Neighborhood Foundations,” we are a premier property management organization, proudly serving the folks that call Newport and Campbell County their home, and have respectfully been named one of the best Hope VI Initiatives in the United States. While we remain dedicated to providing quality-affordable housing, we also aid in community support, offer opportunities, and strive to provide a quality of living second to none.

Legal Notice
The Housing Authority of Newport will begin accepting applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, using an on-line application process only, beginning Tuesday, February 1st at 8:30 a.m. Applications must be submitted on-line at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/KY1014-2994. Applicants may use any computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet access to apply. Free computer access is available at most local libraries. (Those with disabilities may request special accommodations to complete the on-line application by calling 859-581-2533). Applications will be accepted until such time as the number received is sufficient to the ratio of annual program turnover.
Legal Notice
The Housing Authority of Newport (Neighborhood Foundations) is now accepting applications for the waiting list for the Corpus Christi senior apartments (located at 840 Isabella Street, Newport, KY), beginning Tuesday, November 30th.
Application forms are available Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the site office located at 400 West 6th Street, Newport, KY. Completed applications must be submitted in person, and will ONLY be accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the site office located at 400 West 6th Street, Newport, KY.
Due to limited space, applications must be completed off-site and returned on the days mentioned above. The list will remain open until such time as the number of applications reaches the desired ratio to annual turns.
Anyone needing a reasonable accommodation to complete an application should contact the site office at 859-581-2533, ext. 207.

Scattered Site Residents and Section 8 participants: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be implementing some changes to our policies and procedures. One of those changes will be to implement streamlined procedures to reduce paper and processing time. If you would like to receive communications and electronic forms via email, please see the Newsroom page for the PDF form to complete and send back to our office. This form will be mailed to all residents as well.
