Neighborhood Stabilization funding allowed us to construct eight single-family affordable rental homes. Seven of these homes have three bedrooms, and one is a two-bedroom unit. Section 8 Vouchers are accepted.

• Eligible families cannot earn more than 50% of the Are Median Income
• Good Rental History
