HIGHLAND VILLAGE WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS STARTING FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021. THIS IS FOR THE TWO-BEDROOM WAITING LIST ONLY. APPLICATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY - FRIDAY (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS), BETWEEN 9:00 A.M. AND 3:30 P.M. AT THE HIGHLAND VILLAGE MANAGEMENT OFFICE LOCATED AT 515 MAIN AVENUE, HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY. APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED OFF-SITE AND RETURNED WHEN COMPLETED. THE LIST WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS REACHES THE DESIRED RATIO TO ANNUAL UNIT TURNS. The Housing Authority of Newport will begin accepting paper applications for its two (2) and three (3) bedroom Scattered Sites waiting lists on Tuesday, October 12th. Applications will be accepted in person ONLY on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the main office located at 30 East 8th Street, 2nd Floor, Newport, KY.
Application forms are available for pick up during the business hours of 8:30 – 4:00 p.m., Mon - Fri.
Due to limited space, applications must be completed off-site and returned to the office during the days and times mentioned above.
These lists will remain open until such time as the number of applications reaches the desired ratio to annual turns.

Scattered Site Residents and Section 8 participants: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be implementing some changes to our policies and procedures. One of those changes will be to implement streamlined procedures to reduce paper and processing time. If you would like to receive communications and electronic forms via email, please see the Newsroom page for the PDF form to complete and send back to our office. This form will be mailed to all residents as well.
